Services are scheduled by appointment only. Same day appointments vary on rescheduled appointments or cancellations. To ensure that we are able to accommodate your preferred appointment times, we ask that you schedule with as much advance notice as possible. All appointments are reserved with a credit card at the time of scheduling. 

AGE REQUIREMENT

We are currently not scheduling services for minors under 18, without written consent and presence of a guardian at the time of service. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance or failure to show up for your appointment will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled appointment fee which will be processed on the credit card retained on file to reserve appointment. When you book your appointment you are holding a spot that is no longer available to our other patients. As appointments are in high demand, advanced notice will allow another person to book. In order to be respectful to your fellow patients and therapist, please contact Veronica DeLeon as soon as you are aware you will not be able to make your appointment time. You may call, text, or cancel directly through the portal. 

PAYMENT

Full payment is due at time of service. We accept Cash, Zelle, Apple Pay, Venmo, or card. (Any electronic forms of payment include a transaction fee 3%) 

ARRIVING LATE

If you are late to your session you are welcome to receive whatever time is left in your appointment. Due to our tightly booked schedule we are generally unable to extend your session beyond your original appointment time. Regardless of the length of the service actually given, you will be responsible for payment of the full service you scheduled.
